SELECTED WORK

How I help valuable opportunities become easier to understand—and easier to move forward.

The businesses and markets have been different, but the work has followed a similar pattern: clarify what matters, connect it to the right people, and build the commercial path required to create traction.

01

Repositioning a technology company around enterprise growth

I worked directly with the company across positioning, business development, partnerships, and active enterprise opportunities.

What was getting in the way?

The company had significant technological capability, but its broad commercial story was difficult to translate into a focused enterprise sales motion.

What we recognized

The strongest commercial path was not trying to communicate every possible use case. We needed to focus the story around higher-value enterprise applications and buyers with a clear reason to act.

What we changed

We sharpened the enterprise positioning, supported the development of an anchor relationship, and developed opportunities involving a national chain and strategic partners.

What became possible

The company gained a clearer enterprise direction and a more commercially relevant set of relationships and opportunities to pursue.

02

Building the go-to-market engine around a regulated financial platform

I worked inside Sidepocket as an embedded commercial operator across client acquisition, partnerships, fundraising, recruiting, investor communication, market education, and content-led business development.

What was getting in the way?

Sidepocket was introducing a complex alternative-investment platform in a regulated category.

Commercial traction required more than traditional selling. The company needed to make the opportunity understandable, build trust across several audiences, and create practical ways for clients, partners, investors, and contributors to engage.

What we recognized

A conventional sales funnel would not be enough.

We needed a connected go-to-market approach spanning acquisition, partnerships, fundraising, recruiting, investor communication, education, and relationship development.

What we changed

We built a broader go-to-market system that gave the company several ways to begin credible conversations and move relationships forward.

Together, we developed an innovative, SEC-compliant partnership model designed for the creator economy. It gave financial educators, media platforms, and trusted voices a practical way to introduce alternative-investment opportunities while operating within Sidepocket’s regulatory requirements.

What became possible

Sidepocket had more ways to communicate a complex product, develop strategic relationships, educate the market, and create opportunities across several parts of the business.

SELECTED GTM INITIATIVE

Modern Investing Podcast

As part of that broader strategy, I created and hosted the Modern Investing Podcast.

The podcast gave us a credible reason to open relationships, educate the market, recruit participants, and build trust with potential clients, partners, and investors.

More than 70 conversations with founders, investors, and operators explored how people recognize opportunities, earn trust, and build businesses around their ideas.

03

Helping a local wellness business become a platform for expansion

I worked alongside the owner across positioning, operations, compliance, client experience, franchise development, and growth planning.

What was getting in the way?

The company had developed a strong local operating concept, but expansion required clearer positioning, stronger systems, a more consistent client journey, and a repeatable path for future locations.

What we recognized

Growth could not be solved through promotion alone.

We needed to strengthen the brand, operating foundation, consultation experience, compliance processes, and expansion model together.

What we changed

We clarified the company’s positioning, strengthened the brand, improved operating systems, addressed compliance issues, packaged the business for franchising, and supported the development of its first multi-unit franchise relationship.

As part of improving the consultation process, I developed an AI Therapy Planning Assistant.

The assistant gave the team a more consistent way to organize client needs, accelerate personalized planning, and move consultations toward a clear recommended next step.

It was designed to reduce planning friction, improve the consultation experience, and help increase consult-to-client conversion.

What became possible

The business had a clearer brand, a stronger operating foundation, a more consistent consultation process, and a more repeatable path toward multi-location expansion.

ADDITIONAL WORK

Building a prospect-intelligence system

I designed a workflow that turned a large service-business dataset into a practical system for identifying visible commercial opportunities, prioritizing prospects, and supporting evidence-based outreach.

The system combined data processing, deterministic analysis, browser-based evidence, and selective AI assistance while minimizing unnecessary AI dependence.

Creating traction during a rapid market pivot

Working with the company during a fast-moving PPE market, we developed new institutional and commercial relationships and helped establish the business as an approved supplier to Chicago Public Schools.

ABOUT ARTUR

I tend to work where something valuable exists—but the path to commercial traction is still incomplete.

I have worked across enterprise operations, consulting, sales, regulated fintech, wellness, partnerships, and founder-led businesses.

The industries changed, but the work kept returning to the same challenge: make the value clearer, connect it to the right people, and build what the business needs to move forward.

I tend to be most useful as an embedded operator—working across positioning, business development, partnerships, systems, and execution rather than staying inside one narrow departmental lane.
